I have 14 years In the automotive industry. Started working on cars for fun with friends, then grew into a shop where I started learning basic services and tires. Each day learned more and more while shadowing our ASE techs and grew into the tech line of work. After a few years at the same location I started talking with customers on their vehicles and fell into the service advisor position while still doing troubleshooting. Passion grew more and more in the field being able to perform both sides of sales and diagnostics. Being in this position for a couple years my role turned into management and that’s where I had extensive training which involved to better my passion and to teach others to advance into management and sales positions. I am excited to bring my background experience to our new shop at My mechanic east!
